Our Selection Process

PCCT follows a standard and transparent process for selection. The trial matches are held in various states across the years to pick up the best players. The trial matches are held on standard national and international level cricket grounds. Each player is given around two to three matches to showcase their talent and perform. The trails are held under strict surveillance. Proper arrangement of refreshments, photography, videography, and player interviews is done to ensure players get enough opportunity to put their best foot forward. The dress code for the trail matches is the PCCT jersey. The players wishing to participate in these trials need to pay an amount of rs. 499 to confirm their participation.

Based on the performance of the players in the trials. The player is divided into four groups A. B, C, and D. Moreover, the players are further divided based on their age group under under-14, under -16, under 19, under -23, and above 23. Post this the teams are made and the Pro Cricket championship trophy schedule is made. The players from around 24 states participate in the Pro Cricket Championship Trophy.
